Aleda's niche is Career Coaching, guiding individuals through significant career transitions and promotions, as well as through the complete process of changing employers or job search campaigns. She also is an experienced Business Coach, focusing on helping solo-preneurs and small business owners achieve profitability and success in their endeavors. Dan also works as a Business Coach, handling the problems small business owners face when they do not have the business background to make their companies competitive in the current market place. He also works as a Performance and Mental Preparedness Coach for athletes (including poker players) and entertainers to help them in mastering their mental mindsets and assisting them in balancing their lives.
